GROUP DRAMA & LAMDA ACTING SESSIONS
TUESDAY Drama / LAMDA Acting Group Class’s
Venue: Studio 2 , The Joseph Stone Centre , 9 School Street , Mosborough S20
Mini Drama 4.00pm - LAMDA Entry exam class (Age guide 5yrs - 9th birthday)
Junior Drama 5.15pm- LAMDA Level 1: Grades 1, 2, 3 exam class (Age guide 9yrs - 14th Birthday)
Senior Drama 6.15pm - LAMDA Level 2&3: Grades 4, 5, 6, 7,8 exam class (Age guide 14yrs - 18yrs)
Mini Drama students study the Introductory and Entry LAMDA Group Exam Syllabuses. These examinations are designed to develop confidence, communication skills, develop interaction and collaborative team skills. We aim to do one group exam per year, with an option for Stage 1, 2 and 3 Intro Solo exams)
Junior and Senior Drama all study the LAMDA Acting Syllabus for Solo Performances. These examinations develop the students ability to read fluently, expand vocabulary, improve powers of self expression, improve confidence and improve memory skills and recall. All the examinations are rooted in encouraging learners of all ages to develop a love of literature, poetry and drama and thus improving communication through the spoken word.
